Dianne Feinstein Declares War On Bill Of Rights

US Senator Dianne Feinstein introduced her highly-anticipated gun disarmament legislation yesterday, throwing her hat in the ring as an outright traitor to the United States Constitution and a dangerous tyrant who seeks to hand the federal government a firearms monopoly. The bill would criminalize nearly all semi-automatic rifles, shotguns and handguns while calling for nationwide gun registration of all existing firearms. It would also criminalize citizens buying ammo magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, even while the government can purchase ammo magazines of unlimited capacity.

This is red alert time for all Americans who seek to save this nation from falling into the hands of outright tyrants.

How does the federal government plan to enforce these new gun control laws, if passed? Using GUNS, of course! The threat of force is what's used to gain your "compliance" with everything the government does.

As you can easily see, America is under attack from within. Its domestic enemies are now abundantly clear: All those who are actively working against the Second Amendment of the US Bill of Rights are, by definition, enemies of America and subject to arrest and prosecution. Natural News calls for a "line in the sand" defense of our natural-born rights, including the right to keep and bear arms.

Gun control is more about CONTROL than about GUNS

Dianne Feinstein, you see, isn't merely trying to take away your gun... she's trying to take away your power. A firearm is actually the power to say "No!" to government. That's why firearms scare government so much, and it's why they systematically stage mass shooting events in order to evoke a nationwide call for guns to be criminalized, registered and eventually confiscated.

Firearms are the great democratic equalizers of society. When guns are widely distributed across the population, they serve as a powerful deterrent to governments that intend to become tyrannies. "Any government that does not trust its citizens with firearms," wrote Joseph P. Martino in the book Resistance to Tyranny, "is either already a tyranny, or planning to become one."

You have to ask yourself this question, and I'm going to put it here in bold:

What is the U.S. government planning that requires it to first disarm the American people?

Disarmament, you see, is only the first step to something far larger and far more insidious.

Gun registration is phase one of a much larger plan for total disarmament of US citizen

Gun registration is only the first step in Feinstein's grand scheme, of course. Following in the footsteps of Adolf Hitler, another famous gun grabber from the pages of history, Feinstein's actual plan is as follows:

Step 1) Mandate nationwide registration of all firearms, but lie to the people and tell them they can keep their guns as long as they are registered.

Step 2) Stage another mass shooting, then invoke more fake tears on television while demanding that all guns must now be turned in "for the children." And besides, we already have the database of all gun owners, so we know where the guns are!

Step 3) The initial calls for gun control will only target semi-automatic firearms, but with each additional staged shooting, the call will go out for even more guns to be confiscated: Bolt-action rifles, pump-action shotguns, and at some point even black powder rifles.

Step 4) Once the population is entirely disarmed and unable to resist, power-hungry people like Feinstein will engage in a full roll-out of total government domination as we've seen time and time again throughout history. Those who resist will be shot. Those populations that are "undesirable" will be "cleansed."

This plan is now readily apparent and obvious to anyone who has studied history. Feinstein, Obama, Schumer and others are fundamentally no different from Hitler, Stalin and Mao. They all are power-hungry tyrants who crave total control over a disarmed population. While they may speak the language of "safety" and democracy, in their hearts they feed off the quest for total power at any cost.

Obama to Top Brass: Will you fire on American Citizens?


It is not a claim being made by some obscure personality who hosts a late-night "radio show" on shortwave, or by a known far-out lunatic seeking his latest 15 minutes of fame, but by none other than a Nobel Peace Prize nominee.

Reports surfaced Jan. 22 that Dr. Jim Garrow, nominated for the prize in 2009, made a shocking claim on his Facebook page in recent days that he was informed by a top military vet that the Obama administration's "litmus test" for new military leaders is whether or not they will follow orders to fire on American citizens if need be.

Garrow, founder of The Pink Pagoda Girls, a group that seeks to rescue baby girls from the officially sanctioned "gendercide" in China, is no "kook." He's a public figure who has been involved in "helping rescue more than 36,000 Chinese baby girls from death," according to the Pagoda website. That knowledge alone is what makes his claim all the more disturbing and worthy of attention.

NYPD Union Head Makes Gun Control Argument For Us!

In a statement made by Norman Seabrook, president of the correction officers union, he states that “As a law enforcement officer for over 20 years, I understand the importance of instituting a new policy on mandating the limits of bullets that a regular citizen can possess, but as a matter of fact the bad guys are not going to follow this law”. Well, that's just what we 'regular citizens" have been saying all along! This law bans law abiding citizens from being able to defend ourselves as the bad guys don't give a rat's a$$ as they are BAD GUYS and don't follow the laws anyways!

 What burns my tail feathers is this...
it takes a few minutes for law enforcement to arrive on the scene, plenty long enough for a bad guy with more than 7-10 rounds of ammo AND will most likely have an assault weapon to accomplish his task , so us "regular" citizens are left to either be at a great disadvantage with less ammo and if the ban on assault weapons go through, lessor fire power....or break the law and be considered a criminal ourselves!
And for what reason? Because the fascist liberals using the tragedy at SandyHook Elementary school to scare the American people to further their agenda to take away our 2nd amendment right! 

 Duane Lester of Liberty News says it best;
"Norman Seabrook refers to you and I as "regular citizens," you know, mouth breathing, trigger happy morons who don't know how to handle a gun. He says he understands why "regular citizens" need to have their rights curbed. But then he says retired cops should get to have more bullets because the fact is, the bad guys aren't going to follow the law. No kidding, genius? Why do you think us "regular citizens" want to have more than seven bullets?"

 So thank you Mr. Seabrook for making our argument for us who have been saying all along that this law will do nothing to stop these situations from happening, but will only serve to make ALL us more vulnerable!

But this article is way too important to leave it at chance that you will do so. So, I have included the full article here. Police trick entire school full of students into providing handwriting samples for crime investigation

 In a tactic that is not likely to inspire future cooperation or confidence in police, officers in Northampton, Mass., have tricked every student in the local high school into providing them with handwriting samples as part of an investigation.

 In what is becoming increasingly common among local, state and especially federal law enforcement, every student in school was presumed guilty until proven innocent after officers in charge of investigating a threatening note convinced school officials to require every student to sign a statement.

 Officers said they will then compare the handwriting of the signatures with the handwriting on the threatening note, which was found by school officials Dec. 19, a few days after the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, and led to the emptying of the school (not so ironically, students were asked to sign a statement "to take threats seriously," according to The Republican newspaper).

 'We did nothing wrong'

 What's more, no one in authority sees any problem with it.

 Here are the details:

 Two days after the threatening note was discovered, the paper reported that "students at the high school were asked to write a statement in reference to the threat acknowledging that they take such matter (sp) seriously and share the concern of police and school administrators about safety." Officials have described the statement as "a joint effort by police, the high school administration and the Northwestern District Attorney's Office," the paper said.

 Upon getting the statements, police say they'll use them as part of their investigation, "perhaps matching the handwriting with that of one of the students," the paper reported (as if police and school officials really got the samples for some other reason).

 As expected, Police Chief Russell P. Sienkiewicz said District Attorney David E. Sullivan defended their tactic as legal. Per The Republican:

 Sienkiewicz has said that police take such threats seriously and noted the crime is punishable under state law by a minimum of three years in jail. He added ... that it is also part of his department's community care mission to identify and help troubled individuals.

 "We disagree that it violates student rights," he said.

 As authoritarians and statists always do, the official went on to justify his violation of the students' privacy rights with the excuse that he did it for their own "safety."

 "We take any threats against children seriously and investigate all such threats," he said. "The alleged threat at Northampton High School was of a serious nature."

 So, if an incident is "serious" enough, it warrants violation of students' rights and, by extension, those of their parents, is what this police official is saying.

 Violation of our rights for our own good

 What are missing from this story are details as to whether or not even writing a "threatening note" was even illegal or against school rules in the first place. It's understandable that school officials, police and a few parents would be jittery after an incident as horrific as Sandy Hook, but given the sensitivity of what had just happened, what would have been wrong with police and school officials explaining what they were doing, in the interest of full disclosure, and asking for the students' help?

 Wouldn't that inspire more confidence in authorities and instill a much greater sense of community and cooperation?

 We think so, and apparently some people in Northampton agree.

 "Hey LIBS this is your logic coming full circle. I love it. Not even close to legal, but it's ok, its Northampton. Big Brother votes for libs," wrote one newspaper reader.

 "What's funny about this case is that when you enter NOHO HS, they have glaring signs telling you that you are under video surveillance," wrote another. "Of course, when they started to pitch the idea that all students should lose all privacy rights by installing video cameras, they probably argued that video surveillance would make the school 'safer.' Um, gee, where's the expensive videotapes of who went in and out of that bathroom that day? You know, the video that would make us 'safer?'"

 Most reasonable adults want their children protected, but when authorities get comfortable violating basic constitutional principles "for our own good," where will they draw the line?

Obama Turns Doctors Into Gun Control Snitches

If you needed another reason to avoid visiting a doctor, Obama just gave you a new one: as part of Obama's 23 executive orders announced today, doctors will be transformed into gun control snitches who are ordered by Obama to ask patients about guns they might have at home.

Here's the doublespeak from the executive order text:

Doctors and other mental health professionals play an important role in protecting the safety of their patients and the broader community by reporting direct and credible threats of violence to the authorities. But there is public confusion about whether federal law prohibits such reports about threats of violence. The Department of Health and Human Services is issuing a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits these reports in any way.

What this means is that doctor-patient confidentiality is now history. Even worse, doctors are being pressed to start interrogating patients about whether they own guns so that this information can be reported to the government. This is all being done under the cover of so-called "gun safety" but it's really about turning doctors into devious government spies who conduct covert patient interrogations under the cover of providing them with health care. Once collected by the government, this information will then be used to seize guns from those individuals under some kind of mental health designation.

This is all an extension of the current medical police state in which parents who say no to vaccinations for their children are threatened with having their children kidnapped by government thugs (CPS) if they don't provide consent for the mass vaccination of their child (often with 6+ vaccines all at once).

Parents have also been arrested and / or threatened for refusing to consent to chemotherapy for their teen children who are diagnosed with cancer.

It's not clear how these new executive orders are intended to prevent people from having their guns stolen and then used in a violent crime, as happened with the recent Sandy Hook shooting. Rather than actually preventing crime, this executive order seems aimed at labeling gun owners mentally ill by recruiting doctors into a government-run health care spy network.

CDC ordered to treat gun ownership as a disease

The Centers for Disease Control -- the same government agency that routinely lies about flu pandemics and vaccines -- is also being ordered by Obama to "research the causes and prevention of gun violence."

This is doublespeak for having the CDC label gun ownership a "pandemic" and produce maps showing the "hot spots" of gun ownership that must be targeted with disarmament efforts in order to stop the spread of the "disease."

Remember: The CDC routinely fabricates information to pursue its political agenda. The oft-quoted "35,000 flu deaths a year" statistic put out by the CDC, for example, is a complete fabrication with no scientific basis in reality. The CDC also fabricates numbers of flu shot effectiveness, putting out completely fabricated claims such as "this year's flu shot was 62% effective."

These numbers are pulled out of thin air. They have no basis in actual science or statistics. The CDC makes stuff up, including much of the mythology behind the so-called "AIDS epidemic." (The CDC ran a massive AIDS fear mongering campaign in the 1980's that scared the entire nation into increasing CDC funding.)

Now, the CDC is going to attack gun ownership as if it were a disease. Anyone who expresses a desire to own a gun will be described as "mentally imbalanced" and possibly suffering from a mental disease. After all, the argument goes, what sane person would ever want to own a gun in the first place? That's the kind of irrational, emotional and manipulative argument we're going to hear in the years ahead. You can also expect all private gun owners to be painted as complete nut jobs and whackos.

You can be 100% sure that as the CDC researches "the causes of gun violence," the agency absolutely will not conclude that psychiatric drugs had anything whatsoever to do with all the school shootings. Much like the FDA, the CDC runs interference for Big Pharma, deflecting blame at every opportunity. This is the same agency that continues to promote vaccines which inject babies with mercury!

Oath Keeper Officer Calls on Brother Cops to Refuse to Enforce Gun Bans or Registration


In this video, Oathkeeper151, a New Jersey Police Officer who has been a member of Oath Keepers since 2009, makes it clear that he will not obey orders that violate the Bill of Rights. In particular, he says he will not be used as a tool of oppression against the American people who resist and refuse to comply with infringement on their right to bear arms, such as legislation or executive orders that decree they must register, get finger printed and photographed, like a criminal.
He asks his fellow officers what they are going to do if that happens. Will they keep their oaths? Here is his own description of his video:
In this video I ask my fellow Police Officers what they would do, if they were given an unlawful order. I also touch on the Assault Weapons Ban introduced by Senator Feinstein, and how this bill has the potential of putting us Police Officers in a very bad/even fatal predicament.
I spoke to him on the phone and he made it clear that he is not afraid to take this public stand because this is what needs to happen.  He says the peace officers across America need to stand up and let the people know that they are on the side of the Bill of Rights, and that they will protect the rights of the people. He told me that if there were door to door raids for guns against Americans who refused to comply with registration or bans, he would either defend the people with his badge on, stepping between them and the oath breakers doing the raids, or he would lay his badge down on the table and then go join the people in resisting. He loves his work as a police officer, but his oath, and his responsibility to protect the people of his community, is more important than his job. His oath comes first. The rights of the people come first.... and he is not alone.

Senator Simpson Calls Senior Citizens The Greediest Generation

Stop Obama's War on the Constitution!

Under Barack Obama, our nation has entered a full-blown constitutional crisis.
