All at the fingertips of young NSA analysts who sift through masses of private data collected through the government's back doors into the servers of Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Apple, Skype, AOL and others. But if a 29-year-old working for the NSA could wiretap a federal judge, he could also wiretap a U.S. Supreme Court justice. Anything he found that was embarrassing or even incriminating could be used in a simple blackmail threat to force that justice to change his or her decision on a key issue...
... like Obamacare.
What we've learned today forces us to re-examine events of 2012
Back in July of 2012, news headlines were ablaze with the revelation that Supreme Court Justice John Roberts suddenly and unexpectedly changed his decision on Obamacare, siding with big government instead of protecting individual liberties. Many facts surrounding this sudden change of decision raise huge red flags when viewed in the context of the NSA being able to wiretap anyone's emails, phone calls and private files -- including a Supreme Court justice.
As CBS news reported in 2012, "Chief Justice John Roberts initially sided with the Supreme Court's four conservative justices to strike down the heart of President Obama's health care reform law, the Affordable Care Act, but later changed his position and formed an alliance with liberals to uphold the bulk of the law, according to two sources with specific knowledge of the deliberations. Roberts then withstood a month-long, desperate campaign to bring him back to his original position, the sources said."
Regardless of the strength of the supporting evidence brought to Roberts during his time of consideration for the decision, nothing caused him to budge. Roberts was inexplicably immovable, even though he was now siding against nearly everything he had argued and decided in previous court cases.
No one could satisfactorily explain the decision... until the NSA PRISM scandal erupted. Now, we all of a sudden have a viable explanation for what really goes on behind the public headlines.
Consider this: If a group of men had the power to peek into the private conversations of ALL Americans -- including the most powerful and influential decision makers in the nation -- why would they waste their time looking for so-called "terrorists" in the first place? There's a far more valuable use for this "omniscient" technology: collecting huge payoffs to blackmail important members of Congress, the Obama administration or the Supreme Court.

No communications would be private, and anyone who criticized the White House could be arrested and "disappeared" into Obama's network of secret prisons that he has continued to operate.
As a society, we have gone off the cliff and are plummeting toward total tyranny. When privacy is lost, freedom is destroyed. If we cannot hold phone conversations and online conversations in private without being surveiled, tracked and data-mined by our own government, then any idea that America is still the "land of the free" is a cruel hoax.
But Obama says "trust me!" All this spying is perfectly fine, he claims, because the government is running it and all the government people have been "fully briefed" on it. Never mind the fact that the People have never been told this is happening! You're supposed to just trust that Obama won't abuse this and that as long as you have nothing to hide, the government won't come knocking on your door one day.

I'm not the only one who finds this explanation not merely absurd, but wreaking of mental illness. Obama has become America's sociopath. While he vacuums up all your private conversations, phone calls, medical information and personal photographs, he says you're supposed to trust him because he knows "who the good guys are."
Really? Because it seems increasingly obvious to everyone else that Obama and the entire federal government are the bad guys engaged in outrageous violations of the Bill of Rights on a routine basis. And everything they do is rooted in hypocrisy.
For example, this is a government that says we can't video tape police on public streets because that's somehow breaking "wiretapping" laws. And yet, without any warrants whatsoever, this same government can read all your emails, listen to all your phone calls and even track your geographic locations when you initiate those calls. This is all being justified by invoking "terrorists" that the government itself actually runs! Nearly all the so-called "terror plots" taking place in the USA today are, in fact, run by the FBI!

Congress Members Clamoring For Prosecution Of Snowden, But Ignores Worse Disclosures By Obama and Biden
So why isn't anyone urging similar criminal prosecutions for President Obama and Vice President Biden (like they are Snowden), "who revealed a multitude of damaging classified national security information in the days leading up to the 2012 presidential elections to further their election prospects and to undercut Israel’s possible preemptive attack on Iranian nuclear facilities which in the case of Seal Team VI, the disclosures of their involvement effectively put a target on the backs of this special ops unit and their families?"

ISLAMISTS 'STAKING CLAIM' WITH U.S. 'CULTURAL CENTER'

From our Muslim president supporting them HERE, HERE and HERE, to Iran teaming up with North Korea, to Muslims teaching their anti-American based Islamic cirriculum in our schools here in America, we should already be VERY ALARMED! Muslims here in America have already said publicly “If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land” ...they feel that their religious beliefs make them above our American laws!

On his visit to a new Turkish-funded mosque in Lanham, Md., Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayip Erodogan said his government chose the site because of its location in “free territory.”
He said when he attended the groundbreaking of the 15-acre, $100 million mega-mosque that the Turkish-American Cultural Center likely will become “the largest and most striking examples of Islamic architecture in the Western hemisphere when finished in 2014.”
But those seemingly innocuous words are alarming to a number of analysts, including former Palestinian operative Walid Shoebat, who says the West doesn’t realize the significance of what Erdogan was saying.
Shoebat said Erdogan’s true mission is to claim the land for Islam, and the evidence is in his words.
“The mosques are our barracks, the domes our helmets, the minarets our bayonets and the faithful our soldiers,” Shoebat said, quoting Erdogan.
“The West is unaware that in Islam, a mosque is an embassy and Turkey is acting stealthily, which is why the project is not arousing much alarm,” Shoebat said.
Islam analyst and Atlas Shrugs blogger Pamela Geller agrees. Most Americans don’t know that the plans showcase Turkey’s long-held territorial dream, she said.
“The Turks are trying to restore the glory of the Ottoman period. They may be staking a claim to be the leaders of Sunni Islam worldwide, as they were in the days of the last caliphate,” Geller said.
Clarion Project intelligence analyst Ryan Mauro noted that Turkey’s influence is largely under the radar.
He said Turkey is quietly spreading its influence in the U.S.
Shoebat said the Turkish plan coincides with a plan by Fethullah Gulen, reported by Der Spiegel. Gulen is an operative who has been establishing charter schools around the U.S.
Shoebat cited a statement from Gulen: “Move in the arteries of the system without anyone noticing your existence until you reach all the power centers. Until the conditions are ripe, they (the followers) must continue like this. If they do something prematurely, the world will crush our heads, and Muslims will suffer everywhere.
“You must wait until such time as you have gotten all the state power. Until that time, any step taken would be too early – like breaking an egg without waiting the full 40 days for it to hatch. It would be like killing the chick inside.”
“There is a certain amount of an Islamic-centered slant to their teaching. One place they really start bringing in the slant is through their after-school programs and what they call their outside programs,” Elwart observed.
“For example, they’ll have Turkish festivals and the kids can compete in making costumes, writings and the like. Many times the prize for these in these competitions is a cultural trip to Turkey,” Elwart said.
Elwart believes that the Gulen charter schools are going largely unnoticed by the American public.
Mauro wrote in an analysis of the event that it’s significant that two members of Muslim Brotherhood front groups were also in attendance, Naeem Baig, president of the Islamic Circle of North America, or ICNA, and Mohamed Magid, president of the Islamic Society of North America, ISNA.
A 1991 U.S. Muslim Brotherhood memo lists ICNA as one of “our organizations and the organizations of our friends.” The memo says its “work” in America is “a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within.”
Mauro noted the memo even refers to meetings with ICNA in which there was talk about a merger.
ISNA was also an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case, the largest Islamic terror-funding trial in the history of the U.S.
Shoebat said Erdogan’s ambitions clearly extend past Maryland.
“But this is not only in Maryland that Erdogan’s narcissism and fascination with mega mosques is manifested. It appears to be moving toward allowing Hagia Sophia, now a museum, to be opened as a mosque, which only demonstrates his desire to present himself as Muhammad II who defeated Christianity,” Shoebat said.
“While the quietness of Erdogan’s stealth activities in Christendom’s arteries is understood; the deafening silence of the Western Christians is not, unless … the callousness and the falling away of Christians worldwide has reached it’s fullness and the sick man of Europe is about to rise from the dead and take Christendom’s historic glory,” Shoebat said.
“Erdogan through much deception is fulfilling one of his spiritual mentor’s dreams, Sheik Maulana Nazeem Kibrisi. While Turkey paints its version of Islam to be Sufi, which the West deceitfully believes is moderate, the Sufi scholar was found in Turkish speaking with the fervor of Adolf Hitler,” Shoebat said.

Obama, Holder, NSA, and judge sued over illegal government seizure of Verizon phone records
(Washington, D.C., June 7, 2013). Today, Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, a former U.S. Justice Department prosecutor, and himself a user of Verizon, filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, over the massive illegal seizure of phone records by the Obama administration’s National Security Agency. Joined as defendants in the suit, which primarily is based on violations of the 1st, 4th, and 5th amendments to the U.S. Constitution, are President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, the U.S. Justice Department, Director Keith B. Alexander of the NSA, the NSA, and the federal judge who signed and issued the illegal warrant, Roger Vinson.
The individual defendants are being sued in their personal capacities under the Supreme Court precedent of 403 U.S. 388 (1971), which permits aggrieved persons to sue government officials when their constitutional rights are violated.
“Here, there is no doubt that this massive illegal seizure had to be authorized and approved at the highest levels of the executive branch, which necessarily leads to the president, attorney general and the director of the NSA. These violations of free speech, prohibitions against unreasonable search and seizure, and due process rights are unprecedented in American history. They make the fictional scenarios depicted in the literary works of George Orwell’s ‘Big Brother’ and Ayn Rand’s ‘Atlas Shrugged’ look tame, particularly when coupled with other burgeoning government scandals concerning the IRS, the equally illegal seizure of phone records of Fox News and AP, and other abuses of power. It would appear that Obama and his government ‘yes men’ know no constitutional bounds, and the courts are no longer ‘independent’ such that they will protect American citizens from this tyranny. This is why Roger Vinson, the judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, has also been sued in his personal capacity. As an Article II jurist, who is supposed to protect the people from the tyranny of the other two branches of government, his actions are as despicable as those of Obama, Holder and Alexander. It is high time that judges are held accountable as well to the rule of law and the edicts of our constitution,” stated Larry Klayman.

The latest example comes from Providence, R.I. Local newshound Abbey Niezgoda and her photographer were dutifully asking a mother what she thought about the alleged killer of her daughter turning himself in.
Melissa Lawrence did not like the question. She screamed and threw a rock at the cameraman’s head, hitting his arm as he tried to shield his face. All on video.
“Are you going to throw rocks?” asked Abbey with a remarkably calm demeanor.
The woman answered by running up the stairs to get a baseball bat while at least two other people watched.
“Get away from me,” she yelled at the reporters upon her return, who were standing in the street.
But before they had a chance to leave, Lawrence released her hounds, instructing them to attack. Two pit bulls came flying out of the fenced yard, straight at the cameraman. Not finding fair game there, they attacked Abbey while she ran down the street.
During the attack, the cameraman kept a nice steady shot of the action as the dogs bit Abbey on the legs and forearm.
Eventually, Abbey found shelter in a nearby yard. Lawrence retrieved her pit bulls.
“Get the **** away from my house,” shouted Ms. Lawrence. “You dumb white b****. Put that on the news.”
Lawrence was arrested the following day and charged with felony assault.
Abbey’s encounter with the pit bull may bring her some viral Internet fame, but precious little sympathy in Providence:
“I believe the woman was well within her right to sic dogs on them,” said David Aaron on Facebook.
“Pit bulls vs paparazzi,” said Bertram Wallace in the comments section of the Providence Journal. “Pit bulls 1 paparazzi 0.”
The dogs are still at large.
This is hardly the first time that local TV news reporters have been under assault from black mobs. In Oakland, Calif., last November, Anne Makovec was filing a story about Gov. Jerry Brown’s plan for a tax hike when five black men “rushed up and grabbed a $6000 camera.” Live.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, “One of the assailants punched (the cameraman) in the mouth before the group fled in a Mercedes-Benz, which apparently was accompanied by a Lexus.”
This was just one in a series of almost a dozen attacks and thefts of TV news equipment in the San Francisco Bay Area within a year.

"From a civil liberties perspective, the program could hardly be any more alarming," said It's a program in which some untold number of innocent people have been put under the constant surveillance of government agents," said Jameel Jaffer, the deputy legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union. "It is beyond Orwellian, and it provides further evidence of the extent to which basic democratic rights are being surrendered in secret to the demands of unaccountable intelligence agencies."
Exactly what data is being surveilled by the NSA?
According to the secret surveillance order that has now been exposed, Verizon is handing over all the following information to the NSA for every phone call being made from a Verizon device:
• The phone number of both people on the call
• The geographic location of the Verizon phone user (whoa!)
• Call duration
• Unique identifiers (i.e. phone ID, allowing that phone to be tracked)
According to the Guardian, this information can then be used by the NSA to reveal:
• Your name
• Your home address
• Your social security number
• Your driver's license number
• Your credit history
• Your place of employment
• Your criminal history
Yes, just from surveilling your phone, the NSA can acquire all this information about you. And this is just fine with Obama, who actually defends the program even though it is wildly illegal to conduct such surveillance domestically, against the American people.
Oh, and by the way, the government's surveillance order specifically forbids Verizon from disclosing the existence of the secret order to anyone else. So while the government is secretly surveilling all Verizon phone users, the company itself would face criminal charges if it warned its own users about the surveillance. How's that for freedom in a "free society?"
It's not just Verizon, folks
Don't ditch your Verizon phone out of fear of being tracked, however. The fact is the NSA has similar surveillance orders in place with all mobile phone companies.
Every American who uses a mobile phone is being tracked on a daily basis by their own government. It's being done routinely, and the NSA is building a massive data center in Utah in order to be able to analyze, in real time, the actual voice content of all phone calls.
Those phone calls are already being recorded and archived, by the way. That's been admitted by the FBI. But in the near future, the government will be able to analyze every phone call happening in real time, then flag "suspicious" conversations for possible action against the offending phone users.

The collection of private user data under the PRISM program began on September 11, 2007, with Microsoft (Hotmail) turning over private emails. Every Hotmail email sent since 2007 has been surveiled and tracked by the NSA.

Total bust for any remaining trust in cloud computing
Beyond all the astonishing implications of this discovery which merit a full discussion separate from this article, this revelation is bound to shatter any remaining trust in so-called "cloud computing."
Anyone and everyone using Google applications that store files online -- or using online file backup or storage services -- must now assume the NSA is capturing and scanning all their files. The internet police state is operating in full force, and absolutely nothing is safe from its prying eyes... not even your photos and private files.

The Bush-Obama surveillance nightmare
This police state surveillance nightmare was started by Bush but continued by Obama. Ron Fournier has penned an excellent article on this very topic, entitled Welcome to the Bush-Obama White House: They're Spying on Us.
These revelations are so shocking that even the New York Times is starting to awaken to the reality of the police state, saying the Obama administration "...has now lost all credibility on this issue" and following that up with, "Mr. Obama is proving the truism that the executive will use any power it is given and very likely abuse it."
The NYT goes on to call the Patriot Act "reckless in its assignment of unnecessary and overbroad surveillance powers."
It's right about that, of course. And it brings up an inconvenient fact that many Republicans have forgotten: All this police state surveillance expansion was started in the Bush era. It was all "legalized" in the frenzied aftermath of 9/11, which now completely explains why rogue elements working within the government plotted the 9/11 attacks and allowed them to be carried out by standing down defense forces which could have prevented it.
The real purpose of the Bush-era Patriot Act
The entire purpose of 9/11 was to thrust Americans into a state of irrational fear so that they would support even the most insane, draconian, police state laws such as the Patriot Act. Republicans were beating their war drums and cheering the passage of this law!
Now, of course, they incorrectly blame Obama for the police state. But Obama is only half to blame: he didn't start these activities but he sure continued them. And in some ways, Obama found new opportunities to exploit and abuse government power beyond what even Bush could have imagined. The due of Bush + Obama is an absolute train wreck of criminality, spookiness and the abandonment of all rights and protections for the People.
Everybody is to blame for this. Bush supporters let this happen and Obama supporters let it ride. All along, neither party demanded the government limit its powers and abide by the Constitution. Only Ron Paul and a few libertarians carried that torch for the last 12 years, but they were shouted down by the establishment media which pretended the police state didn't exist at all.
So don't expect any miracles to occur when talking about dismantling this police state nightmare that smacks of North Korea: both political parties are huge believers in government abuse of power and the use of government to dominate, intimidate, censor, oppress, track and surveil innocent Americans. In fact, their entire power base depends on this.
Because if Americans were free to openly share ideas without fear of intimidation, they might discuss truly revolutionary ideas like eliminating the IRS, arresting all the war criminals in the U.S. Senate, or even marching on the White House and throwing the gangsters out of office.

Petition For Holder's Resignation
On the eve of appearing before a Senate committee investigating him for perjury, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder told NBC Nightly News that he currently has "no intention" of stepping down from his post because, as he put it, "There's some things that I want to do, some things I want to get done."
Considering his dismissal of charges against the Black Panthers who intimidated Philadelphia voters; his failure to defend the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA); his stonewalling the Fast and Furious investigation; and being cited for contempt of Congress, one might think Holder has done enough already.

Today's appearance before the Senate, which is centered around whether the attorney genteral lied about his involvement in "the potential prosecution" of any members of the press, is just another chapter in his pock-marked tenure as the nation's chief law enforcement official.

The U.S Is On The Brink Of A Massive Civil War
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is preparing for "massive civil war" in America.The federal government is preparing for civil uprising," he added, "so every time you hear about troop movements, every time you hear about movements of military equipment, the militarization of the police, the buying of the ammunition, all of this is . . . they (DHS) are preparing for a massive uprising."

Obama And Kerry...TRAITORS To US Constitution and Americans
Last week, 130 members of Congress signed a letter to President Barack Obama and Kerry calling on them to reject the measure.
"We strongly encourage your administration to recognize its textual, inherent and procedural flaws, to uphold our country's constitutional protections of civilian firearms owners, and to defend the sovereignty of the United States, and thus to decide not to sign this treaty," they wrote.
But....Secretary of State John Kerry says that the U.S. will sign a controversial United Nations treaty on arms control in spite of bipartisan opposition from lawmakers.
Kerry released a written statement on Monday saying the U.S. "welcomes" the next phase for the treaty, which the U.N. General Assembly approved on April 2 but which gun rights advocates on Capitol Hill fear could lead to new gun control measures domestically, reports Fox News.
"We look forward to signing it as soon as the process of conforming the official translations is completed satisfactorily," Kerry said, adding that the treaty is "an important contribution to efforts to stem the illicit trade in conventional weapons, which fuels conflict, empowers violent extremists, and contributes to violations of human rights."

Audible gasps, shock, outrage and support for a congressional investigation were the responses by law-enforcement officers, elected officials and attorneys to a presentation by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse of evidence that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent.
How there are people today who can be shocked and amazed at this is just beyond me! It's more likely that they "have been purposely ignoring this matter" as one official said. Like ostriches with their heads in the sand. And the ONLY reason why they are choosing to pay attention NOW is because of all the scandals plaguing the White House....which, BTW, wouldn't be happening now had they ALL been paying attention and NOT ignoring this info in the first place! Because had they'd been listening, this fraud would have stopped Obama from being there NOW! OK all you patriots who have been screaming for a long time about this issue, say this with me on the count of three....1....2.....3:

IRS SCANDAL LEADS TO OBAMA
FreedomWorks President Matt Kibbe says the IRS scandal is twice as bad as Watergate because of the breathtaking extent the agency was used to target conservative organizations filing for tax-exempt status as well as their donors.
“Watergate was an example of abuse of power by a few very powerful people, including the chief executive and the specific targeting of a few specific enemies,” Kibbe told WND. “In this case, you have an institution-wide bias, a widely known understanding that the IRS was targeting people based on their politics and their political philosophy. It was known for several years and yet it continued and it continued, and so you have one of the most powerful agencies of the federal government, as policy, going after the citizens, the mom-and-pop community leaders. They weren’t powerful. They weren’t in a position to fight back. It was a widely known thing among tea partiers for years, and now the rest of America is finding out about it.”
Kibbe said the details emerging about this scandal suggest far more high-ranking officials were aware of the IRS policy toward conservative groups than the Obama administration is willing to admit.
“The story coming out of the White House and the trail back to the top of the executive branch continues to grow and the story continues to change, and we still don’t know who knew what,” Kibbe said. “The path of authority is quite clear here. The IRS is part of the Treasury Department. The head of the Treasury Department reports directly to the president of the United States. For the Obama White House or even the Treasury Department to claim that they knew nothing about that, either they’re grossly incompetent or they’re not being honest and that’s what we need to get to the bottom of.”

Governor LePage...Do Away With The Maine Income Tax Already!
Governor LePage, you say that you want to do away with income taxes in Maine. Well, what are you waiting for?You don't need the legislature to approve it because 1)the 16th Amendment that gave the government the right was never properly ratified (I've researched this and have proof that this is right: http://www.givemeliberty.org/features/taxes/notratified.htm) and 2) how much further proof do you need then to have a US Rep say paying taxes is voluntary...and having Acting IRS Commissioner Steven Miller AGREE to that? Just do away with it because it's your job to make sure that the laws are followed....and with the 16th amendment not properly ratified, the government doesn't have authority to tax our income and with the US Legislature and the IRS Commissioner admitting that paying income taxes is a VOLUNTARY program, then no one can LAWFULLY make the people pay it!
Do your job as the Maine State Constitution directs you to do: Article V, Section 12. Shall enforce the laws. The Governor shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed...and make the decision NOT to carry on with a practice that is perpetrated under the color of the law!
