Bank of America has been long known for its over all corruption. As of now billions of dollars in lawsuits have been filed from just about every state for fraud. Now they are foreclosing on homes on purpose even when the home is paid off or payments are made on time. The advantage to Bank of America is even if they sell the home for half the amount owed, they get the money now and not later. 150K now is better than 300k in 10 years, They are just trying to get as much money together as fast as possible and they are doing this by forcing foreclosures through. Then they tell the government that the home was worth twice as much and double up on the capital gain loss. I have over 4000 complaints as of now and they are heart breaking.The general public thinks that people in foreclosure are just dead beats but I am here to tell you that is far from the truth. some people may play the game but most of what I have checked out has been fraud by the bank and not the homeowners. I have reviewed hundred of documents from homeowners and worked with the bank on their behalf of the homeowner and you would not believe what I have been told by the bank and its employees. Thousands of reports of abuse. I have been on the call and representing the home owner. I personally send information to the lender certified mail with signature receipt, and then I am told they never received the letter that they signed for. Just this month I sent in forty pieces of paper certified mail to B of A and they told me that they only received one piece. After 40 minutes on the phone, they found the other 39 pages of my clients file. This goes on and on. You may have heard one or two stories of homeowners abusing the system but I have heard thousands from homeowners who are not. Myself included, they tried to foreclose on me and all my payments were made on time and I had cancelled checks. They billed me 567.00 extra one month and could not explain why. I paid it but only after they started the foreclosure process. I was working three jobs with a family of six and that money was our gas money for our home. We had to take cold showers for months and heat the home with a make shift wood burning stove. I am not complaining but after Bank of America admitted the mistake, they applied the money to our mortgage and would not give it back. So my advice is to get away from this bank and never look back. Do whatever you need to do to distance yourself from them. They are criminals and will hurt you and your family just because they can.

Holder Indicted For Perjury And Obstruction Of Justice

(Ocala, Florida, May 30, 2013). A Citizens Grand Jury has issued a criminal indictment charging Attorney General Eric Holder with testifying falsely to Congress over his role in issuing subpoenas to AP and Fox News reporters, his “Fast and Furious” gun-running scheme to Mexican drug dealers (which resulted in the death of an ICE Border Agent), and Benghazi. The indictment also charges Holder with obstruction of justice.

In the landmark Supreme Court case of Williams v. United States (504 U.S. 36 (1992)), Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, held that the American grand jury, under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution, belongs to the people – not the three branches of government. Indeed, the Citizens Grand Jury was widely used by the people before the nation had a Justice Department. There has never been an amendment to the Constitution that would preclude its use today.

“Given the compromised and corrupt state of the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government, the people have now been forced to use the Citizens Grand Jury as our Founding Fathers envisioned when the sovereign fails to take into account the grievances of the people.  The Founding Fathers ‘created’ the Citizens Grand Jury as a safety value to allow the people to enforce the law when the politicians and judges subvert it. Today, 236 years after the Declaration of Independence, as the ruling establishment again ignores the grievances of the people, the people must use whatever legal means are at their disposal to wage a second American revolution. Holder, the highest ranking legal officer in the land, has subverted his office with his lies and deception, obstructing justice and even criminalizing the legitimate reporting of journalists. As our Congress is more interested in politicizing Holder’s improper acts than seeking justice, the people have now come forward to act. Holder will now be arraigned and tried for his crimes ironically just after the July 4 holiday before a Citizens Court,” stated Citizens Prosecutor Larry Klayman, the founder of both Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch.

Klayman organized a Citizens Grand Jury in Ocala, Florida, which is the epitome of middle America. Ocala is destined to become the new Philadelphia – meaning the people’s place to have their grievances heard. “Philadelphia 1776, Ocala 2013,” he added.

2 SHOCKING NUMBERS in the VIDEO

33 million

S. 744 -- the Senate Gang of Eight immigration bill -- would offer a minimum of 33 million lifetime work permits IN THE FIRST DECADE alone.

It may at first be hard to believe this number because most of the publicity on S. 744 has treated it as an amnesty bill for approximately 11 million illegal aliens.

But S. 744 is far larger than just an amnesty. Nearly every special interest in Washington has had a hand in ensuring that certain high levels of legal immigration continue and are expanded -- by a lot.

The 33 million would go to:

11 million -- The estimated minimum number of foreign citizens in this country who crossed our borders illegally or who violated their visas and did not go home when they promised they would. The bill's amnesty provisions would give these foreign citizens work permits immediately (even before any additional workplace and border enforcement).

another 11 million -- These would be new legal immigrants brought in a continuation of the current system which is already three times higher than the traditional average of 3 million a decade before 1990.

5 million -- These are all the people who have previously applied to enter the country but who have exceeded the limits placed on their categories to protect American workers. Most of them are chain migration relatives of previous immigrants. Many of them are relatives of the millions of illegal aliens who were legalized in the 7 amnesties between 1986 and 2000).

6 million -- New immigrants who would come through brand new categories and expanded existing categories.
The 33 million new work visas IN A SINGLE DECADE would be almost half as many as ALL immigrants who have ever entered the U.S. in its history through today (1407-2013)!

20 million!

These are the totally forgotten people in the immigration debate.

They are our friends, relatives and neighbors who can't find a full-time job to support themselves and their families. The simple fact is that our nation is awash in too many workers seeking too few jobs.

The 1st Quarter reports from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and the U.S. Census Bureau find that 20 million American citizens who want a full-time job still cannot find one.

BBC: Bush's Grandfather Planned Fascist Coup In America New investigation sheds light on clique of powerbrokers, including Prescott Bush, who sought to overthrow U.S. government and implement Hitlerian policies

A BBC Radio 4 investigation sheds new light on a major subject that has received little historical attention, the conspiracy on behalf of a group of influential powerbrokers, led by Prescott Bush, to overthrow FDR and implement a fascist dictatorship in the U.S. based around the ideology of Mussolini and Hitler.

In 1933, Marine Corps Maj.-Gen. Smedley Butler was approached by a wealthy and secretive group of industrialists and bankers, including Prescott Bush the current President's grandfather, who asked him to command a 500,000 strong rogue army of veterans that would help stage a coup to topple then President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

According to the BBC, the plotters intended to impose a fascist takeover and "Adopt the policies of Hitler and Mussolini to beat the great depression."

The conspirators were operating under the umbrella of a front group called the American Liberty League, which included many families that are still household names today, including Heinz, Colgate, Birds Eye and General Motors.
Butler played along with the clique to determine who was involved but later blew the whistle and identified the ringleaders in testimony given to the House Committee on un-American Activities.
However, the Committee refused to even question any of the individuals named by Butler and his testimony was omitted from the record, leading to charges that they were involved in covering the matter up, and the majority of the media blackballed the story.

General Smedley Butler, author of the famous quote "war is a racket", exposed the fascist plotters but was subsequently demonized and shunned by the government and the media.
In 1936, William Dodd, the U.S. Ambassador to Germany, wrote a letter to President Roosevelt in which he stated,

"A clique of U.S. industrialists is hell-bent to bring a fascist state to supplant our democratic government and is working closely with the fascist regime in Germany and Italy. I have had plenty of opportunity in my post in Berlin to witness how close some of our American ruling families are to the Nazi regime.... A prominent executive of one of the largest corporations, told me point blank that he would be ready to take definite action to bring fascism into America if President Roosevelt continued his progressive policies. Certain American industrialists had a great deal to do with bringing fascist regimes into being in both Germany and Italy. They extended aid to help Fascism occupy the seat of power, and they are helping to keep it there. Propagandists for fascist groups try to dismiss the fascist scare. We should be aware of the symptoms. When industrialists ignore laws designed for social and economic progress they will seek recourse to a fascist state when the institutions of our government compel them to comply with the provisions."

The proven record of Prescott Bush's involvement in financing the Nazi war machine dovetails with the fact that he was part of a criminal cabal that actively sought to impose a fascist coup in America.
Prescott did not succeed but many would argue that two generations down the line the mission has all but been accomplished.

Muslim Cleric Disparaged Dead Navy SEALS At Their Own Funeral

Relatives of Navy SEALs who died when their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan in August 2011 spoke at a press conference Thursday to condemn the Obama administration and claim that the U.S. military presented a Muslim cleric at the dead SEALs’ funeral who disparaged “sinners and infidels who are fodder for the hell fire.”

FreedomWatch president Larry Klayman, the attorney representing the families, claimed at the press conference, which Republican Rep. Michelle Bachmann of Minnesota and former Florida Republican Rep. Allen West also attended, that the U.S. military presented an anti-American speaker at the SEALs’ 2011 funeral.

Klayman presented video footage of the SEALs’ military funeral at Bagram Airfield, which featured a Muslim prayer. The prayer, according to Klayman and the families, disparaged the fallen SEALs.

“It’s a complete disgrace, a complete desecration. Nobody from the military has apologized for it, nobody from the Obama administration has apologized for it,” Klayman told The Daily Caller.

“This administration has set the tone for the military. They’re following Obama’s lead,” Klayman told TheDC. “Is this Obama’s Muslim outreach?”

“The funeral that was held in Kabul where you couldn’t even mention the name of our lord and savior Jesus Christ and yet a Muslim cleric gets up and damns these fallen heroes to Hell as infidels. Unbelievable that our military brass would allow this to happen,” Klayman said at the press conference. (I would like to know why in the hell was there even a Muslim Cleric there at all?!)

Klayman’s presentation, which a translator present at the press conference helped prepare, claimed that the cleric’s prayer, translated from Arabic, said the following:

“Amen. I shelter in Allah from the devil who has been cast with stones.

In the name of Allah the merciful forgiver.

The companions of “THE FIRE”

(The sinners and infidels who are fodder for the hell fire)

ARE NOT EQUAL WITH the companions of heaven.

The companions of heaven (Muslims) are the WINNERS.

Had he sent this Koran to the mountain, you would have seen the mountain prostrated in fear of Allah.

Such examples are what we present to the people, so that they would think.

A Lesson On The 2nd Amendment

This is exactly correct! And this is what the socialist/marxist liberals don't understand...it's not the government's job to defend us against the crooks at our door....or our schools ...or at a cinema....or the park...etc...that's our job AND right. The government's job is protect our air space and borders from being breached by foreign attack. But even then, that can't be done properly without armed citizenry because no attacker can get away with it when they know that if they try, there's a very good chance that if they squeak by the government's watchful eye...they are still going to see the business end of a weapon from an armed citizen. 

Think 9/11 would have happened if someone on each plane was armed? Think that any mass shootings would have happened or been as bad had the shooters known that they would have been met with force before they got to the classrooms or into the building? You take away our right to defend ourselves, anywhere upon our lands and you then ensure tragedies like these will continue to occur and become even more frequent and deadly. You give the terrorist more of chance for success. 

But of course, that IS a socialist/marxist's agenda! Because how else can they have complete and utter control of its citizens...unless they live in fear and subjugation? ANY body who believes that the government can be every where within this vast country at every moment to protect you from those with this kind of agenda MUST realize that this isn't so. Because otherwise, why did we even have a 9/11, an Aurora Cinema, a Tucson shooting or a Sandy Hook? Apparently the government didn't stop those did they? The government's track record at being able to stop things like these is very dismal to say the least. 

And don't be so friggin naive to say, well if there weren't guns available for these people to get their hands on, it wouldn't have happened. Because there will always be a way for those who want to get their hands on guns to be able to do so. It's called the black market. There's no way to stop that. Prohibition in the 1920's, the War on Drugs (that's STILL ongoing), prostitution, sex slavery....shows this. It still happens despite our government's actions to stop them. The ONLY thing that stops the vast majority of us having to experience these kind of happenings is because for now...the perpetrators don't know if there'll be someone around the next corner or behind the next door that just might be able to take them out! Other countries won't attack because they know that if they beat the government, they still don't have the citizens because they are armed. THAT is what stops us from having complete anarchy. THAT is what keeps us free.... OURSELVES...and NOT the government. 

Our government defenses are only the front line to slow the terrorists and sometimes stop them....it is US, the American citizens behind the front line that controls them from completely succeeding in their intentions. If you can't see this, then you are living with blinders on and are more dangerous to our freedom and way of life then the terrorists...and I'm more afraid of you, then them!

Demand Congress Investigate IRS Intimidation

Officials inside the Internal Revenue Services have admitted to and apologized for targeting Tea Party and conservative groups during the 2012 election. But reports indicate that senior officials inside the IRS knew, since 2010, that right-leaning organizations were being targeted for special scrutiny.

But the IRS didn’t just bully and harass, the federal agency also gave the confidential application data of conservative groups to leftist media sources.

Grassfire has launched a national petition demanding Congress launch a full criminal investigation into the actions and motivations behind the IRS’ targeting of Tea Party and conservative groups. They are mobilizing 50,000 citizen-petitions for hand-delivery to House and Senate leaders on Capitol Hill within the next two weeks. They need only 9000 more to reach 50,000...won't you join in and be counted among those who are concerned about the IRS's unconstitutional targeting and want them investigated thoroughly and sanctioned for this injustice?

Maine House Reps Did NOT Nullify ObamaCare

ObamaCare is NOT Voided in Maine House of Reps 

The House Reps in Augusta did a VERY BAD thing yesterday...and should be condemned for it! They voted 114-24 (13 absent) to NOT Nullify ObamaCare here in the state of Maine!

 LD 680 (HP 472) expresses the findings of the Legislature that the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010, is in violation of the United States Constitution, Amendment X and, as such, is considered null and void in Maine. This bill prohibits a federal or state official, agent or employee from enforcing the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 or any other statute, law, rule, regulation or order made in connection with that Act. Violation by a federal official is a Class C crime, punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000. Violation by a state official is a Class D crime, punishable by less than one year in jail and a fine of up to $2,000. The bill also allows a civil cause of action.

I apologize for the earlier post that said the House DID vote to nullify ObamaCare. It seems, instead of voting on the BILL...a straight up yes or no...there was a motion on the the floor that "It ought NOT to pass"...so you had to vote NO if you wanted the bill, and YES if you did NOT want the bill!
