This is, essentially, chemotherapy at gunpoint or what I call "predatory medicine." If the parents refuse the court order, they will be arrested at gunpoint and charged with various crimes. SCHOOL CANCELS MUSLIM PROSELYTIZING IN CLASS

'Education of our children is too important to be left to teachers'

A team of legal experts well versed in religious and civil rights is praising a school district in Ohio for shutting down a video that has been used in 7th grade classes – and proselytized students to join Islam – without waiting for a court battle.

“I applaud the school district for resolving this issue without litigation,” said Richard Thompson, president of the Thomas More Law Center, which worked on the case involving the schools in the Olmsted Falls District.

He was, however, distressed to find during the course of his investigation that at least one teacher had ridiculed and disparaged the parent who raised concerns about the proselytizing, and “even suggesting she should be fired from her part time job as alumni director for the school.”

“Teachers may not constitutionally show video tapes that violate the neutrality they must maintain toward religion or that engage in religious instruction,” he said. “Showing ‘Muslims and America’ violated those principles and the Establishment Clause of our Constitution.”

The dispute was resolved when officials in the Olmsted Falls District agreed to get rid of the video that is titled, “30 Days: Muslim and America” from the 7th grand world history classes.
The questions had been raised by Jenny McKeigue, a mother with three children in the district.

According to the law center, which had promised a constitutional challenge if the district had kept the proselytizing film, the mother became concerned in 2011 when her son was “was required to memorize the 5 Pillars of Islam.”

Looking deeper into the curriculum, she found the video to which her son had been exposed. She asked the district to remove it and find one that was objective and relevant, “not one that taught children how to become a Muslim.”

Her requests were denied through the administration, superintendent and school board levels.

Eventually she reached out to the Thomas More Law Center, which reported, “The questionable video features a Christian (Dave) agreeing to embrace the religion of Islam and the Muslim culture by living with a Muslim family for 30 days in Dearborn, Michigan. Dave was required to live, dress and eat as a Muslim, study the Quran daily and participate in Muslim prayer. The video features several instances of Muslim prayer and even a look at a ‘how to pray in Islam’ sheet complete with Dave practicing how to pray and reciting lines such as ‘I testify that there is no God other than the Almighty’ and ‘I testify that Mohammad is the messenger of God.’”

Further, it portrays non-Muslims as “uneducated bigots” and tells students “if they hear someone say something wrong about Islam, it is their responsibility to fix it.”

McKeigue felt the video was irrelevant and also violated board policies regarding the promotion of religion in the classroom. And she questioned its accuracy and wondered why no other religion was promoted.

“In response to McKeigue’s criticism, the school district invited Olmsted Falls pastors to review the video. To the school district’s chagrin, several pastors agreed with McKeigue and also questioned the accuracy of the video. Dr. Todd Hoadley, school superintendent at the time, disregarded their concerns. At a March 2013 board meeting, and in private conversations, he defended the video with the astonishing argument that the inaccuracies of the video proved its value,” the legal team reported.

Thompson noted that while teachers may instruct about a religion, they are not allowed to “provide religious instruction.”

“The education of our children is too important to be left to teachers and school administrators alone,” he said.

On Friday, September 20, the U.S. House of Representatives passed its version of the Continuing Resolution (H.J.RES.59), a bill to keep the government running through December 15. The bill will force a showdown with the Senate because it includes a provision to defund the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as Obamacare.

You'd say, but that's a good thing, right? Well, it WOULD be IF the butt-wipes in the house hadn't piggy-backed ObamaCare to this resolution. Why is that important? Because the resolution extends the Monsanto Protection Act, officially referred to as the Farmers Assurance Provision, a law that gives biotech firms immunity from federal prosecution for illegally growing GMO crops. 

So, if the Senate does the right thing by defunding ObamaCare, then they do the wrong thing in helping Monsanto and other firms get immunity for illegally growing GMO crops. If they do the right thing in getting the scumbag GMO firms, they will then fund ObamaCare!

Is there ANY doubt left in anyone's mind here that our elected reps on Capitol Hill don't care anything about We, the People? There shouldn't be NOW!!! New Information About the IRS Scandal From the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee

This past Tuesday (September 17), the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee issued a memo entitled, “Interim update on the Committee’s investigation of the Internal Revenue Service’s inappropriate treatment of tax-exempt applications.”

The newly released memo makes it clear that the IRS did, in fact, target conservative groups, especially Tea Party-related entities. The memo states:

“While the Committee’s discovery efforts are ongoing, it is apparent from material already available to the Committee that the IRS engaged in inappropriate and disparate treatment of conservative-oriented applicants for tax-exempt status.”

It goes on to say:

“The IRS first identified and elevated the Tea Party applications due to media attention surrounding the Tea Party. Media attention caused the IRS to treat conservative-oriented tax-exempt applications differently.” 

This specific targeting of Tea Party groups is referenced in the Committee’s memo by a number of formal business emails between Stephen Grodnitzky, the IRS acting manager of Exempt Organizations, and various IRS employees.

The danger of having this kind of political manipulation operating below the radar in a powerful federal agency cannot be overstated.

The individuals within the IRS are not elected officials representing the people. They have granted themselves unlawful power, and are making illegal and potentially nation-altering judgments from their office cubicles by manipulating the political arena and punishing their perceived political opponents!

Such actions are outrageous, unlawful, and cannot be tolerated.

Merck vaccine developer admits vaccines routinely contain hidden cancer viruses derived from diseased monkeys

He said, very simply, you go ahead and get your monkeys out of West Africa and get the African Green, bring them into Madrid unload them there, there is no other traffic there for animals, fly them into Philadelphia and pick them up. Or fly them into New York and pick them up, right off the airplane. So we brought African Greens in and I didn’t know we were importing the AIDS virus at the time.

Dr Maurice Hilleman: So what he did, he brought in, I mean we brought in those monkeys, I only had those and this was the solution because those monkeys didn’t have the wild viruses but we…

Dr Maurice Hilleman: …because they weren’t, they weren’t, they weren’t being infected in these group holding things with all the other 40 different viruses…

Dr Maurice Hilleman: …yeah, they had those, but those were relatively few what you do you have a gang housing you’re going to have an epidemic transmission of infection in a confined space. So anyway, the greens came in and now we have these and were taking our stocks to clean them up and god now I’m discovering new viruses. So, I said Judas Priest. Well I got an invitation from the Sister Kinney Foundation which was the opposing foundation when it was the live virus…

Dr Maurice Hilleman: Yeah, they had jumped on the Sabin’s band wagon and they had asked me to come down and give a talk at the Sister Kinney Foundation meeting and I saw it was an international meeting and god, what am I going to talk about? I know what I’m going to do, I’m going to talk about the detection of non detectable viruses as a topic.

Dr Albert Sabin…there were those who didn’t want a live virus vaccine… (unintelligible) …concentrated all its efforts on getting more and more people to use the killed virus vaccine, while they were supporting me for research on the live viruses.

Dr Maurice Hilleman: So now I got to have something (laughter), you know that going to attract attention. And gee, I thought that damn SV40, I mean that damn vaculating agent that we have, I’m just going to pick that particular one, that virus has got to be in vaccines, it’s got to be in the Sabin’s vaccines so I quick tested it (laughter) and sure enough it was in there.

Dr Edward Shorter: What did he say?

Dr Maurice Hilleman: …well he said basically, that this is just another obfuscation that’s going to upset vaccines. I said well you know, you’re absolutely right, but we have a new era here we have a new era of the detection and the important thing is to get rid of these viruses.

Dr Edward Shorter: Why would he call it an obfuscation if it was a virus that was contaminating the vaccine?
Dr Maurice Hilleman: …well there are 40 different viruses in these vaccines anyway that we were inactivating and uh,

Dr Edward Shorter: but you weren’t inactivating his though…

Dr Maurice Hilleman: …no that’s right, but yellow fever vaccine had leukemia virus in it and you know this was in the days of very crude science. So anyway I went down and talked to him and said well, why are you concerned about it? Well I said “I’ll tell you what, I have a feeling in my bones that this virus is different, I don’t know why to tell you this but I …(unintelligible) …I just think this virus will have some long term effects.” And he said what? And I said “cancer”. (laughter) I said Albert, you probably think I’m nuts, but I just have that feeling. Well in the mean time we had taken this virus and put it into monkeys and into hamsters. So we had this meeting and that was sort of the topic of the day and the jokes that were going around was that “gee, we would win the Olympics because the Russians would all be loaded down with tumors.” (laughter) This was where the vaccine was being tested, this was where… so, uhh, and it really destroyed the meeting and it was sort of the topic. Well anyway…

Dr Edward Shorter: Was this the physicians… (unintelligible) …meeting in New York?

Dr Maurice Hilleman…well no, this was at Sister Kinney…

For this reason in conformity with its nature and mission the Holy See is participating in the efforts of the international community that aim to protect and promote the integrity, permanence and transparency of the economic and financial sectors and to prevent and to counter illegal activities.

Pursuant to the steps already taken by my Predecessor Benedict XVI in this area with the Motu Proprio of 30 December 2010 for preventing and countering illegal activities in the area of monetary and financial dealings, I wish to renew the Holy See’s commitment to adopting the principles and juridical instruments developed by the international community, bringing further into line with them institutional structures for the prevention and countering of money laundering, the financing of terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. With this Apostolic Letter in the form of a Motu Proprio I adopt the following measures:

Article 1
The dicasteries of the Roman Curia and other institutes and entities dependent on the Holy See, as well as non-profit organizations that enjoy juridical personality in canon law and are based in Vatican City State, are bound to observe the laws of Vatican City State with regard to:

a) measures for the prevention and countering of money laundering and the financing of terrorism;

b) measures against those who threaten international peace and security;

c) prudential supervision of entities habitually engaged in a professional financial activity.

Article 2
The Financial Information Authority exercises the prudential role of the supervision and regulation of entities that are professionally engaged in a financial activity.

Article 3
The competent judicial bodies of Vatican City State exercise jurisdiction in the above-mentioned issues also with regard to the dicasteries and other entities and institutions dependent on the Holy See, as well as to those non-profit organizations which have juridical personality in canon law and are based in Vatican City State.

Article 4
The Financial Security Committee is established for the purpose of coordinating the competent authorities of the Holy See and of Vatican City State for the prevention and countering of money laundering, the financing of terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. It is disciplined by the Statutes appended to this Apostolic Letter.

I establish that this Apostolic Letter in the form of a Motu Proprio be published in L’Osservatore Romano.

I dispose that everything which has been established have full and permanent value as from 10 August 2013, abrogating in addition any incompatible measures.

ON THE JURISDICTION OF JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES OF VATICAN CITY STATE
IN CRIMINAL MATTERS


In our times, the common good is increasingly threatened by transnational organized crime, the improper use of the markets and of the economy, as well as by terrorism.

It is therefore necessary for the international community to adopt adequate legal instruments to prevent and counter criminal activities, by promoting international judicial cooperation on criminal matters.

In ratifying numerous international conventions in these areas, and acting also on behalf of Vatican City State, the Holy See has constantly maintained that such agreements are effective means to prevent criminal activities that threaten human dignity, the common good and peace.

With a view to renewing the Apostolic See’s commitment to cooperate to these ends, by means of this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio, I establish that:

1. The competent Judicial Authorities of Vatican City State shall also exercise penal jurisdiction over:

a) crimes committed against the security, the fundamental interests or the patrimony of the Holy See;

b) crimes referred to:

- in Vatican City State Law No. VIII, of 11 July 2013, containing Supplementary Norms on Criminal Law Matters;

- in Vatican City State Law No. IX, of 11 July 2013, containing Amendments to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code;

when such crimes are committed by the persons referred to in paragraph 3 below, in the exercise of their functions;

c) any other crime whose prosecution is required by an international agreement ratified by the Holy See, if the perpetrator is physically present in the territory of Vatican City State and has not been extradited.

2. The crimes referred to in paragraph 1 are to be judged pursuant to the criminal law in force in Vatican City State at the time of their commission, without prejudice to the general principles of the legal system on the temporal application of criminal laws.

3. For the purposes of Vatican criminal law, the following persons are deemed “public officials”: [former “private officials” exempt from law are now within the laws dictates and are held liable, aka “public servants”]

a) members, officials and personnel of the various organs of the Roman Curia and of the Institutions connected to it. [world-wide corporations and all individuals in trust are corporations pursuant to their birth certificate]

b) papal legates and diplomatic personnel of the Holy See. [The Pope governs the Church/people/trust, all the people in the Birth Trust, through the Roman Curia, the governing body of the Vatican]

c) those persons who serve as representatives, managers or directors, as well as persons who even de facto manage or exercise control over the entities [public servants] directly dependent on the Holy See [trust beneficiaries] and listed in the registry [through birth certificates] of canonical juridical persons [legal fiction represented by your birth certificate ALL CAPS NAME] kept by the Governorate of Vatican City State;

d) any other person holding an administrative or judicial mandate in the Holy See, permanent or temporary, paid or unpaid, irrespective of that person’s seniority. [all public servants]

4. The jurisdiction referred to in paragraph 1 comprises also the administrative liability of juridical persons arising from crimes, as regulated by Vatican City State laws. [public servants are now liable for crimes against humanity]

5. When the same matters are prosecuted in other States, the provisions in force in Vatican City State on concurrent jurisdiction shall apply.

6. The content of article 23 of Law No. CXIX of 21 November 1987, which approves the Judicial Order of Vatican City State remains in force.

This I decide and establish, anything to the contrary notwithstanding.

I establish that this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio [on his own impulse] will be promulgated by its publication in L’Osservatore Romano, entering into force on 1 September 2013.

[Synopsis: Church = People = Trust

Like experts have been saying since even BEFORE ObamaCare was passed...this is going to be very limited in your choices...it'll be just like HMO's, very limited and restricted. Yet Congress members will be exempt from this and able to KEEP their plans. Why, if this is such a great thing, aren't they required to do the same as us ordinary folks, eh? And also, why is it, that despite employment reports and news reports that state employers are cutting back on the amount of people they employ and the hours they'll give those employees (because ObamaCare encourages employers to stay below 50 employees and under 30 hours work weeks), those on Capitol Hill say that this is anecdotal and refuse to see the harm it's doing to the employment sector for us "regular" people? Maybe if We the People stepped in and finally put a stop to the "full time" careers of these idiots and put them back to the "part time" jobs like the constitution says their jobs are SUPPOSED to be, they'd be more apt to see it our way, as it TRULY is, and get rid of this monstrosity called ObamaCare, eh?

In a 53-46 vote, the senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. The Statement of Purpose from the bill read: To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. , and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo. More Black Outrage Against Black Racism

Jesse Lee reappeared in true brave form yesterday evening on “Piers Morgan Live” to confront Morgan and his black guest “yes men” who were promoting this ongoing attack on whites, whipping up a potential race war in the nation. Morgan’s motive is obviously his viewership, which is predominantly bleeding heart leftist and sympathetic to this black activist crusade.

Here is what Jesse Lee had to say to Morgan and the destructive black racists he had on the show:


“Well, first, this case was not about race at all, and what happened, you have the race hustlers and poverty pimps like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and others who turned it into a race issue in order to gain power and wealth. And you also have Barack Obama jumping into it by saying that if he had a son, he would look just like Trayvon Martin. And I thought that was insane for him to make that type of comment. He only did that because he want to incite the anger of black Americans and others. … It’s about Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson and NAACP and others using black Americans by dividing the races, intimidating white people in order to gather more power or get more power and wealth. …

“Trayvon Martin was a thug. His parents know that. You know that. I know that. … George Zimmerman would have done whatever it took to protect himself. It didn’t matter to George Zimmerman the color of the man. And this notion that Trayvon Martin was some little innocent kid tiptoeing through the tulips and George Zimmerman had nothing else to do but to go out and kill him is a lie. … There were pictures on his Facebook page of Trayvon Martin carrying – having – holding on to a gun, pot in front of him. This wasn’t a good little kid. …”

Good for you, Jesse Lee, and other fine blacks of your brave ilk. Now its time for whites to have Jesse Lee’s courage and tell it like it is. This will benefit not only whites, but also those brave blacks who do not feed at the trough of racial division and hatred.

George Zimmerman and his wife, Shellie, moved into the Retreat at Twin Lakes, a 260-unit, fully-integrated, townhome community at Sanford, Florida in the summer of 2009.  In the weeks that followed their arrival, the Zimmermans and others were terrorized on a number of occasions by a vicious free-roaming pit bull.

After filing complaints with the dog’s owner and with Seminole County Animal Services… all to no avail… the Zimmermans obtained a canister of pepper spray.  However, a Seminole County animal control officer advised them otherwise.  According to a Zimmerman friend, the animal control officer said, “Don't use pepper spray.  It’ll take two or three seconds for the pepper spray to take effect, but only a quarter of a second for the dog to jump you.  Get a gun.”

With that advice in mind, the Zimmermans purchased a 9mm Kel-Tec PF-9 handgun, attended firearms training classes at a local firing range, and received concealed-carry handgun permits.

Like most urban communities, Sanford was not without its problems.  According to a 2012 U.S. Justice Department report, Sanford had become a hub for the distribution of much-abused pain- killer drugs such as oxycodone or hydrocodone.  According to the report, during calendar year 2011, Sanford pharmacies ordered enough painkillers to supply a city eight times its size.  With  a population of 53,000, Sanford pharmacists ordered enough oxycodone or hydrocodone to support a population of 400,000.

And there were other types of crime, as well.  Police records indicate that, between January 1, 2011 and February 26, 2012, police were called to The Retreat 402 times.  In that one-year period, Sanford police responded to eight burglaries, nine thefts, one shooting, and dozens of attempted break-ins at The Retreat.  In July 2011, a black teenager stole a bicycle from the Zimmermans’ front porch.  Police were called, but the bicycle was never recovered. 

On August 3, 2011, a resident of The Retreat, Olivia Bertalan, was home alone with her infant son when two black men repeatedly rang her doorbell.  She did not answer the door, and when they forced their way in through a sliding glass door at the back of the house she ran upstairs, locked herself inside the baby’s nursery, and called police.   According to a report in Reuters, she asked the police dispatcher, “What am I supposed to do?  I hear them coming up the stairs!”

With a crying baby in her arms, she armed herself with a pair of rusty scissors and waited for the intruders to burst into the nursery.  When police arrived the burglars fled out a back door. 

Later, a concerned neighbor, George Zimmerman, arrived.  He gave her a card containing his phone number and invited her to call or visit his wife if ever again she felt unsafe.  He returned later and gave her a stronger lock for the sliding glass door that had been forced open.

A month later, in September 2011, Sanford police volunteer coordinator Wendy Dorival conducted an organizational meeting at The Retreat during which residents voted to create a neighborhood watch program.  George Zimmerman was present at that meeting and was selected by neighbors as their neighborhood watch coordinator.  

In late February 2012, a 17-year-old black man, Trayvon Martin, was staying temporarily with his father’s fiancé in a rented home at The Retreat after having been expelled from his Miami-area high school for his third disciplinary suspension of the school year.

At approximately 7:09 PM on February 26, 2012, a dark rainy night in Sanford, Zimmerman was driving down a street near his home when he noticed an unfamiliar person dressed in a “hoodie.”  The young man he saw was Trayvon Martin, who was returning to his father’s fiancé’s residence after purchasing some candy and iced tea at a local convenience store.

Zimmerman telephoned Sanford police to report the unknown individual, saying, “We’ve had some break-ins in my neighborhood, and there’s a real suspicious guy, just walking around looking about.”  He continued, “This guy looks like he is up to no good or he’s on drugs or something… these assholes, they always get away.” 

About two minutes into the call, Zimmerman reported, “He’s running!”  To which the dispatcher responded, “He’s running?  Which way is he running?”  Zimmerman then left his vehicle in an attempt to learn the direction in which Martin had fled, but immediately lost sight of him.  And when the dispatcher asked Zimmerman if he was following him, and Zimmerman responded, “Yeah,” the dispatcher said, “We don't need you to do that.”

Zimmerman replied, “Okay,” and asked that police call him when they arrived so that he could provide them with his location.  However, not knowing the exact street address of his location, Zimmerman proceeded to search for a street name and number.  It was then he was confronted by Trayvon Martin.  According to Zimmerman’s account, Martin approached him out of the darkness, demanding to know, “You got a f_ _ _ing problem, homie?” 

To which Zimmerman replied, “No.” 

Martin replied, “Well, you do now,” and punched Zimmerman, knocking him to the ground. 

Contrary to the fiction pushed by mainstream media reporters and black race-hustlers such as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, the conflict that resulted in the death of Trayvon Martin did not begin when Zimmerman left his truck to see in which direction Martin had fled.  Zimmerman had every right to report the presence of a suspicious person in his neighborhood, and he had every right to be on the sidewalk where the confrontation occurred.  Likewise, Trayvon Martin had every right to make a trip to the local convenience store and to walk home in the rain.  The incident that resulted in Trayvon Martin’s death began at precisely the instant when Martin approached Zimmerman, asked if he had a “problem,” and received a negative response.   

If at that point Martin had said, “Okay, fine,” turned on his heel and walked away, he would almost certainly be alive today and there would have been no politically-motivated, nationally-televised show trial with George Zimmerman’s life on the line.  What Trayvon Martin did not have is the right to put his fist against George Zimmerman’s face.

In the instant that Trayvon Martin struck George Zimmereman with his fist, breaking his nose and knocking him to the ground, he was guilty of assault.  And when he sat astride Zimmerman’s prostrate form, punching him with repeated blows to the face and pounding his head against the concrete sidewalk, all the while shouting, “Shut the f_ _ k up.  You’re going to die tonight motherf_ _ _ er!” he was guilty of a second crime: attempted murder.   

Putting ourselves in Zimmerman’s shoes, it is easy to understand that the only thought running through his mind was that he was about to suffer grievous bodily injury, or death.  Accordingly, he was totally justified in taking his 9mm pistol from its holster and using it to subdue Trayvon Martin.  Being in fear for his life he had every right to use whatever deadly force he had at his disposal, and that is exactly what he did. 

Within the black community, nationwide, there is a euphemism for a race-related phenomenon called “driving while black,” or DWB, describing a situation in which black male drivers are the target of traffic stops far more frequently than their white or Asian counterparts.  However, the Trayvon Martin episode is indicative of yet another race-related phenomenon within the black community, a phenomenon that might be referred to as “walking with chip on shoulder.”

Yes, black unemployment in the United States is at least twice that of the overall population.  And yes, unemployment among black teens is well over 40%, six times the rate for all U.S. workers, so it is understandable that young blacks might feel as if they are being denied access to economic opportunities.  To fully explore why this is the case would require volumes. 

However, it is safe to say that, since the dawn of the civil rights era in the 1950s and ‘60s, much has been done to level the playing field for minorities.  Trillions of dollars have been spent on economic support programs such as AFDC and housing, while affirmative action programs have given minorities a decided advantage in access to employment opportunities and higher education.  The opportunities are there for anyone who wishes to take advantage of them.

However, recalling the old adage that “you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink,” it is clear that far too many young blacks fail to take advantage of the many opportunities available to those who are willing to study hard, work hard, and behave themselves.  What it all comes down to is a matter of good parenting versus bad parenting.  Instead, they blame others for their lack of success while they walk around with a huge chip on their shoulders.

When Trayvon Martin attacked George Zimmerman on that sidewalk in Sanford, Florida, on the evening of February 26, 2012, it was not a well-behaved, academically superior, optimistic, and enthusiastic young teen who asked George Zimmerman, “You got a f_ _ _ing problem, homie?”  That wasn’t Trayvon Martin speaking.  Those words came directly from the huge chip Trayvon carried on his shoulder.  It is a major tragedy for the Martins, for the Zimmermans, and for every caring person who continues to believe that America is still the greatest nation on Earth.
