Levin: Trump cannot be the target of an investigation

The Office of Legal Council even says that the indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting president would unconstitutional undermined the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions.
We are seeing this today as it's nearly impossible for Trump to properly do his presidential duties!
